As a child I wanted to be a pediatric pulmonologist – I was a very sickly child and was hospitalized 14 times between the ages of 7-12 with asthmatic complications. I lived in an oxygen tent for a week when I was 5 with double pneumonia. I knew what it was like to be sick and unable to breathe and so many of my doctors had never been there.
Fast forward to now! My 20+ journey to wellness has been amazing, eye-opening and long. I am here to shorten your wellness journey by creating a plan with simple easy changes that have huge impacts. As a certified yoga instructor and daily oil user, I combine my knowledge of the body, with my passion for non-toxic living and exercise, dense nutrient foods, proper hydration and (the occasional!) red wine to make a 30, 60, or 90-day plan just for you.

Some oils are safe for kids and some are not. To make it easy for you, Young Living created essential oil blends and essential oil-infused products specifically for kids and babies. Before using Young Living products with your little ones, carefully review the individual product label for full information on appropriate age usage and any cautions. Each child is different, so it’s always a good idea to test a small amount to make sure no irritation occurs before applying to a large area of skin. The same goes when diffusing essential oils around babies. Be sure to test them first! You should also be generous when it comes to dilution and remember to use less than you would for an adult.
If you are buying essential oils, supplements, household products, etc. it makes sense to become a part of Young Living's Essential Rewards (ER) program. In this program, if you spend $50 a month, you earn a percentage back in rewards to spend on oils, so, essential rewards = free oils! If you decide to sign up for ER but only want to do it for a few months, no biggie! There’s no catch – you can turn it off anytime.
Nope! This is not like Avon or Lularoe. If you tell people about YL and they love it, people sign up and create their own account. Everyone does their own ordering and the products are shipped right to their house, not yours. If you want to sell, all you do is buy a starter kit and tell your friends all about how oils are changing your life. It really isn’t complicated and you aren’t taking any risk.

Providing your SSN is optional. When you sign up as a Wholesale Member, you’re eligible to earn commissions right away IF you choose to sell. While there is never any requirement to sell, your SSN is required if you earn more than $600 in a calendar year so Young Living can send you tax forms. You can choose to provide your social security number at signup or in the future.
I decided to go with Young Living over other popular oil companies because all the research I did kept pointing me back to the high quality standards. They personally distill their own oils – which is almost unheard of when it comes to oil companies. Plus their oils are beyond organic and even the soil they grow the plants in has never been treated with pesticides or chemicals.
This means you’re using an oil with just one ingredient – there are no fillers, no additives and no chemicals. Many oils that are cheaper or “more affordable” are full of pesticides and toxins that start from the very beginning, but Young Living doesn’t do that.
