My philosophy is balance. If you can find balance in all things, you can achieve lasting results. I trust in the 80/20 lifestyle – an approach to healthy living through balance, moderation and indulging without a guilty feeling. The basic idea of the 80/20 rule is very simple: in order to be healthy and balanced, you don't always have to make 100% healthy lifestyle choices. 80% is enough. So trust me, I get it – we are all busy between work, family, and life in general. As a certified yoga instructor and daily oil user, I combine my knowledge of the body, with my passion for non-toxic living and exercise, dense nutrient foods, proper hydration and (the occasional!) red wine to make a 30, 60, or 90-day wellness plan just for you. All I ask is for you to make the commitment and I will help you do the rest!
