Alissa Spencer, REALTOR®

Alissa believes that happiness comes from the inside out, and that a well-designed space and well-loved home are important elements to a well-lived life. In addition to practicing realty, Alissa earned her IAHSP home staging certification, has a background in Sales and Marketing, and has lived in the Greater Boston area for over twenty years.

An avid runner, Peloton lover, and yogi, Alissa is always ready for the next adventure, and relies on her three active kids and spirited Wheaten Terrier to keep life balanced. When not working, you can find her cheering on her kids at various soccer fields, with her toes in the sand at the beach, hiking the Greater Boston trails, while keeping a stash of humor in her back pocket.

Kim Dargon, REALTOR®

A true Boston native, Kim grew up in Cambridge and has resided in Belmont with her husband and three kids for the last 17 years. With a background in event planning and personal origination, she loves to work and connect with other people.

Kim's passion for real estate began when she flipped her own home. Being hands-on, she loves rolling up her sleeves and getting dirty while taking on demo projects. With a background in wellness as well as real estate, Kim's “let’s do this!” attitude is why she is such a great partner to work with in finding your next home.

When she's not busy selling homes and teaching wellness, you can find her sipping red wine, riding her Peloton, cheering at the sidelines of her kids' games, or enjoying a day at the beach.
